COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT Friday / Saturday, Sept. 10-11, 2010 0830 to Dusk - Tactical Precision Rifle I.V (2 days, instructors: Freddy Wissing, Mike Erb) LOCATION: Mifflin County Sportsmen's Association 400 Ellen Chapel Lane, Lewistown, PA 17044 http://www.mifflincosportsmens.com/ The facility is beautiful, and features more than 1000Y of safe shooting lane with the ability to shoot UKD (UnKnown Distance). This course is focused on the shooter who owns a precision/tactical rifle platform and wants to understand how to deploy it at mid to long ranges. This course is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced shooters who want a refresher on the fundamentals, but would like some quality training time against UKD targets at long range. July 24th, 2010 - Tactical Precision Long Range Match (out to 1000Y) - Lewistown, PA. This match will take place at the excellent MCSA club in Lewistown, and will involve engaging targets in various challenging circumstances including unusual positions, unknown distances, lots of steel, and some angle shots too. Match fee is a very reasonable $50.00 . It includes a scaled cash payout for the first five finishers. The more attendees, the greater the prize amounts. Carbine Courses- We are contemplating two carbine courses. Summertime (yet to be scheduled but will be in either central or Eastern PA Fall - likely New Holland Rifle & Pistol Club Know your opponent, but know yourself even better.
